
Zi Yin Tan's Scrambled Egg! It was when i was feeling hungry in the middle of the night one day, and i realised it's actually quite nice.!
Steps!
1) Beat two eggs.

2) Add CHEESEEEEE! Yes, cheese. I love food with cheese!
You know the nearest supermarket that sell those square square ones? Yup, i used that. Cheap and nice.
So teared it into small pieces and put inside the beaten egg.

3) Oil your pan. Just a little oil like this.
It will taste weird if it's too oily.

4) Pour it over the hot oil.

5) QUICKLY STIR! MOST IMPT STEP!!!!
If you are slow in this, you cant get scrambled egg anymore. It will become normal egg!
So when it's 3/4 cooked, it's done! It will give out a very nice smell and move the egg regularly if not the cheese will chaotah. Very easily.

Inside is supposed to be watery.

i cook it with rice! Cheese rice~ but ended up it wasnt that fantastic for the rice. So i added those pizza chilli and cheese powder! Became not that bad! However, i still think rice and scrambled egg doesnt really go well together.
